flammable solvents to water based formulas, we have the expertise and
"can do" attitude to handle all your needs from formulation to
packaging. With four packaging lines we offer the ability to
handle a wide range of products and sizes. Rotary 20 and 40 head
units can handle from 100 millimeter to one gallon sizes depending upon
package need. Product formulations are processed in a clean batching environment where concern about the quality and integrity of your product is our top priority. Our stainless steel mixing vessels, capable of batch sizes up to 6,000 gallons, are equipped with electronic gauging to insure maximum accuracy. With our raw material storage capability of over 300,000 gallons, we're more than able to meet your raw material storage needs. Climate controlled storage is also available if your needs require it. Of course, safety is always a high priority with ATI. All bulk storage is located within concrete containment areas to safeguard against accidental release. Labeling capabilities include pressure sensitive and cold glue. Induction sealing and lot code identification, including time stamp are also available when required.
